To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all our clients, we've outlined a few key policies. They help us maintain high-quality service, respect everyone's time, and create clear expectations. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms. Booking Policy

🧾 Booking & Estimate Policy
•     All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
We do not accept walk-ins or same-day requests without prior confirmation.
•     Minimum service time is 3 hours per clean.
This applies to all standard bookings. Exceptions are made for Airbnb turnovers, which may require less time depending on the scope.
•     Last-minute bookings are subject to availability and may not be guaranteed.
•     Walkthroughs for quotes are available:
•     In-person for locations within 30 km of our base
•     Virtual for locations beyond 30 km or upon request
•     Quotes are based on:
•     In-person or virtual walkthroughs
•     Information provided through our quote questionnaire
•     Please note: All estimates are subject to adjustment based on the actual condition of the space upon arrival.

cancelation Policy

Please provide at 7 days notice for cancellations. Cancellations made in less than 7 days is subjected to a 50% cancelation fee.

PAYMENT pOLICY

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept EFT ,credit card or any payment that is listed on invoice . Late payments are subject to 2% weekly interest charge.

ACCESS POLICY

​ Clients must ensure the property is accessible at the scheduled time, And no residents are present during cleaning. If we are unable to enter or residence is present during clean. Client will be charged  50% of the cleaning fee.

satisfaction guarantee

​ If you're not satisfied with the clean, Please let us know within 24 hours, And we will do our best to make it right within 48 hours.

Safety & respect policy

​ Our staff have the right to work in a safe and respectful environment. We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or inappropriate conditions.

​ Special requests

​ We're happy to consider special requests with advance notice. Additional fees may apply depending on the request.

​ Pet policy

​ Please let us know if you have pets. We kindly ask that pets be secured during the clean for safety of both your pets and our staff. We are not responsible for pets escaping during clean.
